Libertalia: The Last City on Earth was established in what was to become the first habitable zone that appeared as Antarctica as the great thawed accelerated as the last ice age retreated and the last poisons of capitalism ceased .

Albion the first non human quantum super intelligence created by humanity was birthed in Antarctica out of necessity, using the sub zero frozen continent to manage and solve the overheating cooling issues for the technological systems that first built Albion.

Beneath Libertalia and Antarctica Prime is a sub glacial river system know as the Labyrinths. The geo magnetic distortions from the Earths core and unknown anomalies restrict the use of technologies so the Labyrinths remain in large unmapped and dangerous. There are reports, legends and myth about strange creatures, ancient long lost civilisations and portals other worldly realms. Quests to discover Aragtha in the Hollow Earth have ceased for now, but a very secret and mysterious kAlt of Ariadnes are one of few who can navigate the Labyrinths and live to tell the tale.
